1. Can I machine wash Happypop socks?
Yes! All Happypop socks are machine washable. For best results, wash them in cold water and tumble dry on low heat below 40°C. Please avoid using bleach.
2. How long will it take to receive my socks?
Orders are securely fulfilled and shipped via our trusted U.S. logistics partner network (including Amazon FBA) and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. For more details, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
3. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, in their original condition, and have their original packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Once inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

4. What kind of payments do you take?
We accept PayPal as a safe, convenient, and secure payment method, making your checkout experience quick and easy.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to our fast order processing and fulfillment speed, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@happypopsox.com. Once an order enters the warehouse fulfillment process, we will no longer be able to make changes.
6. How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount code" or "Gift card" box on the checkout page and click apply. The system will automatically deduct the corresponding discount amount from your total.
