1. Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that the products are unworn, in their original condition, and have unaltered packaging with original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Direct exchanges are not currently available. If you would like a different item or size, please follow the return process and place a new order at your convenience.
2. How to Return Your Package
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
To initiate a return, please email us directly at service@happypopsox.com. Please include your order number (e.g., #ZM1001) and, if applicable, a photo of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.
Step 2: Get Return Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the next steps and return address details.
Step 3: Pack Your Items Securely
Place the unworn item(s) with original tags and the invoice into the original shipping bag or box. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
Step 4: Ship Your Package
Take your package to a reliable shipping carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to obtain a tracking number. Please keep your tracking info safe, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Return Processing & Timeline
Return shipments typically take 5–10 business days to arrive back at our facility. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for us to inspect the return and process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
